The intelligent AC power detector is an instrument for detecting the load capacity and technical parameters of the mains, diesel generators, AC stabilized power supplies, inverters and high-power UPS. Large LCD display, keyboard settings, intelligent control of single-chip microcomputer; can set and automatically detect various parameters, high measurement accuracy and high intelligence. The discharge power is set by the PC to achieve constant power discharge, and the parameter detection and the load discharge are simultaneously performed. After the discharge is completed, the data is processed by the computer to generate a test report, which can be displayed and printed. The performance of the power supply device is clear at a glance, and it is convenient to establish a management file for the operation state of the device. The instrument is safe to use, has a long life and low noise, and has a wide application range. It is a necessary test tool for equipment acceptance and routine maintenance of UPS, generators and other equipment.

Main features and functions
Large LCD display, full Chinese menu prompts, display various parameters and real-time test data.
Parameter detection and load discharge are performed simultaneously, and the single-chip control can automatically detect three-phase voltage, current, frequency and other parameters.
The discharge power can be set to achieve constant power discharge, high reliability, no red heat phenomenon, and automatic overheat protection.
The keyboard can be set: power, test duration, recording period, voltage lower limit, voltage upper limit, wire internal resistance, operation mode, date, time and other parameters.
Alarm function: audible alarm and stop; alarm content: phase loss, under voltage, over voltage, high temperature, emergency stop.
Automatic stop function: It can set the test duration, protection voltage and other parameters. When any of the following conditions are met, the test will be automatically stopped: the test time is up, the protection voltage is reached, and so on.
Query function: You can query the test data and retrieve the abnormal record.
Online communication: The detector can directly communicate with the host computer via the RS232 interface or transfer data through the U disk. It can also upload real-time data according to the agreed protocol and interface with the power monitoring system.

Computer control and data processing functions
The system parameters are set by the PC and the discharge process can be started/stopped.
The discharge parameters of the detector can be obtained.
Start/stop online monitoring.
Data dump: After the discharge is finished, the collected data can be transferred to the USB flash drive, and then the data can be transferred to the PC by the USB flash drive or directly uploaded to the computer through the RS232 interface.
After the discharge is completed, the discharge data is sorted, printed, reported, and archived.
Parallel function: The detector can work in parallel with 2-9 sets of the same model through the RS485 interface.
The instrument is safe to use, long lasting and low noise.

Data processing software
The data processing software is used together with the detector to set system parameters and analyze and process various data, operating status and abnormal records detected by the detector to generate various curves, data tables and reports: voltage curve (can be viewed R, S, T phase voltage curve), current curve (can see R, S, T phase current curve), temperature curve, frequency curve, power curve, voltage accuracy curve (can see R, S, T Phase voltage accuracy curve), frequency accuracy curve, unbalance curve, data table, etc., and can be printed and previewed.
