Main features and functions
Display mode: large LCD display, Chinese menu prompt, real-time display of all test data: the entire battery voltage, cell voltage, current, capacity, duration and internal temperature.
 Control mode: single-chip control, through the keyboard to set the charging voltage, float voltage, discharge termination voltage, charge / discharge current, duration, capacity and other parameters.
Real-time online tour detects each cell's battery parameters and automatically completes testing and monitoring of various parameters of the battery pack.
It can quickly and accurately find the failed battery and the backward battery in the battery pack through rapid discharge in a short time, estimate the remaining capacity of the battery and evaluate the quality of the battery.
Working mode:

          (1) Constant current discharge mode automatically completes the capacity test or load capacity test of the battery, and can estimate the remaining capacity of the battery through five minutes of rapid discharge for capacity analysis.
          (2) Intelligent three-stage charging mode: constant current technology is adopted in the initial stage of charging, charging current is constant, battery voltage is quickly increased, and charging voltage is applied.

When the upper limit voltage is reached, it is automatically converted into constant voltage current-reducing charging, which effectively improves the capacity conversion efficiency of the battery. At the end of charging, it is converted into turbulent floating charge, so that each unit battery is balancedly charged, ensuring maximum recovery of battery capacity. Solve the imbalance of the cell voltage and avoid the danger of overvoltage charging of the battery.

         (3) Cyclic discharge charging function: set the high/low limit of the discharge/charge hour rate and its voltage, and automatically cycle one discharge and charge cycle.

          (4) Battery activation function: Set the number of charge and discharge cycles, use pulse charging to activate and repair the battery.

Automatic stop function: automatically stop when any of the following conditions are met: time to, capacity to, single protection voltage to, the whole set of protection voltage to, the number of cycles to wait.
