1. The product overview

VILVA-AC220V-5.8KW-R load bank has built-in pure resistive load; it can simulate various power loads and meet the needs of power supply full load detection of generator sets, UPS power supplies, inverters, etc. It is the production workshop, laboratory, installation and commissioning. The necessary testing tools for scientific research and development.

The host has a temperature overheating automatic alarm protection function: when there is overheating due to special reasons, the load can be automatically cut off. The load works in energy-consuming mode, and the heat dissipation uses forced air cooling. The fan adopts a small axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise.

The above characteristics make the whole machine superior to imported products in terms of safety, reliability and noise reduction.

3. Resistive Load Module


Resistive load module is made up of several special nickel-chromium alloy resistors. Alloy resistance, as a power dissipation component, is manufactured by special alloy processing. The heat sink made of 304 stainless steel is externally filled with insulating medium. The resistance can be encapsulated in it to meet the needs of load testing.


Alloy resistance has good insulation, high heat dissipation, uniform heat conduction, operating temperature is only 1/3 of the design temperature, small temperature drift, stable resistance, long-term work without red heat. It has the effects of acid and alkali resistance, salt fog resistance, rain proof, moisture proof and corrosion protection, and can be used all day.


Resistive load module adopts exclusive technology to fix alloy resistance on insulating material board. The whole module is sealed and treated. After isolation of internal insulation and insulating board, insulation and safety can be guaranteed even in wet weather, and short circuit accidents caused by the decrease of internal resistance of adjacent resistors can be prevented.
