1.Overview

VILVA-AC220V-6.6KW-RCD AC load bank has built-in resistive load, inductive load and capacitive load; three-phase load power can be controlled asynchronously; power input adopts segmented combined control, which can simulate various power loads in any combination. It meets the needs of UPS, inverter, generator set and other AC power supply full load detection. It is an indispensable testing tool for production workshops, laboratories, installation and commissioning, and scientific research and development.

According to the performance parameter detection requirements, set the corresponding power, arbitrarily combine and set the load power. The host adopts manual control and has automatic over temperature alarm protection function: when overheating occurs due to special reasons, the load can be automatically cut off. The LCD panel can display voltage, current value, power factor, frequency, active power, reactive power, etc. in real time.

The new power consumption component has high power density and no red heat. The whole machine consists of three parts: resistive load, inductive load and capacitive load. The power input adopts segmented switch control, the load works in energy-consuming mode, and the heat dissipation adopts forced air cooling. The fan adopts a small axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise.

The control panel consists of an LCD display, a miniature circuit breaker, a self-locking gear button with a light (LED), and a buzzer.

1. The LCD display instantly displays the current load electrical parameter values, including: voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, and power value.

2. Self-locking gear button with light. The “power switch” indicator button controls the total power supply (including the fan) to be turned on and off, the “load switch” indicator button controls the total power supply on and off, the “RCD switch” indicator button controls the on and off of the RCD load, and the power resistance “gear switch”, The power adjustment is controlled by the resistance "gear switch" miniature circuit breaker to control the load on and off. When the load is used, the corresponding circuit breaker is closed according to the silk screen content. Disconnect the corresponding circuit breaker when unloading.

3. The panel has an over temperature alarm. When the load temperature is too high, the over-temperature alarm buzzer buzzer flashes and sounds an alarm.
